Enjoy free UPS Ground shipping and returns on all orders to U.S. destinations. We use UPS's carbon-neutral shipping option. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes.

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. Due to COVID-19, USPS has temporarily suspended mail service to several countries. Find the list here. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

Enjoy free shipping for any item that you would like to return or exchange. Email contact@delongny.com​ to initiate a return or exchange, and we will email a return shipping label to you. Print the return label then drop your package off at the nearest UPS location.

 

Items purchased via our website may be returned or exchanged in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with original packaging within 15 days of the order shipment date. DeLong New York will not accept any return if the item shows signs of wear, has been used, or has been altered from its original condition in any way. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit.

 

Returns and exchanges for items purchased through a retail partner must be handled through the respective retailer. 

 

Customized Orders

 

Special orders and orders for personalized items cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged.
